Our ribs begin with homemade rib rub and olive oil, hand-rubbed and marinated overnight, then gently smoked for twelve hours with sugar maple. We offer four types of pork ribs and Texas beef loin backs. Our juicy chicken dinners include choices of nine made-from-scratch sides, plus fresh bread. People travel for our catfish, jerk chicken, and house specialties, such as soup-n-sandwich, coneys, lasagna, chili, and BBQ sandwichesHawaiian chicken or BBQ beef, chicken, or pork served with house coleslaw and steak fries.
