The Timberjack menu consists of "home-cooked" comfort food as well as our famous smoked entrees. The smoking process and recipes date from 1968 and the smokehouse has the distinction of being the only one of its kind used in this area. A combination of many varieties of wood and special seasonings are used for the succulent flavor and tenderness in the meats. The smokehouse sits right outside the main dining room.
